Photo-speaks of National Stadium, Surulere

A visit to the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos, shows the stadia is in coma, with broken doors, unkempt, poor facility management among other lacks which puts the stadium in its deprived state. Here are photos of the remains of the stadium.

The roofs of the spectators’ stands are falling and the ambience welcomes visitors with smell of urine and faeces.
However, it should be recalled that President Goodluck Jonathan had recently approved the concession of the National Stadium, Lagos.
